Error 500 or Other Website Issues

If you encoutner an error 500 on the Resgrid.com website, it's recommended you take the following steps before reporting the issue, as the issue may be caused by out of date local data stored on your computer or browser.


  1. Log out of your Resgrid account and close all active browser windows.
  2. Clear your browser Cache https://www.refreshyourcache.com/en/home/
  3. Restart the browser, log back in and retry the operation


If the operation still fails, please open a ticket and we will look into it.
