Forgotten Password or Account Locked out

If you have forgotten your username or password to access the Resgrid system you can use the Recover Account (https://resgrid.com/Account/ForgotPassword) page to get an email with your username and a newly generated password. 



You will need to have access to the email address for your Resgrid account to recover your account information. If for some reason this form does not work for you, a Department Administrator or Group Administrator in your Resgrid Department can set a new password for you via the Personnel Module page.


Click the Personnel Module on the left hand side then find the person you wish to reset the password for in the Personnel list. Click the down arrow next to the edit button and then click the "Change Password" link.


This will take your Department or Group Administrator to a page where they can supply a new password for the user account.



Account Locked Out

If you have tried an incorrect username and password combo 5 times your account will be locked out for 30 minutes. This can be reset manually by your Department or Group Administrator in the Resgrid system by them manually changing your password via (Personnel->Edit Dropdown->Change Password) page.


Please Note: Resgrid cannot reset a password, supply an existing password or reset a 30 minute lockout on your account. You must use either the Recover Account page or have a Department or Group Administrator in your Resgrid Department assist you. We apologize for the inconvenience.


If there are issues with either the Recover Account system or the Change Password system (used by Department or Group Administrators) please open up a support ticket and we will address those issues.
