How Do I Cancel My Subscription

To cancel your subscription you need to log into the web application (https://app.resgrid.com/Account/LogOn) and from your department drop down and select "Subscription & Billing" option.



Then click the "Manage Your Subscription" button in the upper right hand corner.



This will redirect your browser to our Payment Provider (Stripe) to manage your subscription including update your payment information.

Under Current plans you can see everything your Subscribed to with Resgrid, this includes your main department subscription and any addons, like Push to Talk.



You can cancel your active plans by clicking the "Cancel plan" next to the one you want to cancel. This will prevent any future billing from ocurring. You will have the remainder of your current time avaible in the billing period as Canceling will prevent renewal but not impact your currently billed plan.
