How Do I Update My Payment Method

To Update your Credit Card on file you need to log into the web application (https://app.resgrid.com/Account/LogOn) and from your department drop down and select "Subscription & Billing" option.

Then click the "Manage Your Subscription" button in the upper right hand corner.

This will redirect your browser to our Payment Provider (Stripe) to manage your subscription including update your payment information.

Under Payment you can add a Payment Method

Add the new payment method and make sure the "Use as Default Payment method" is checked to ensure it is used for your next payment.

You can use the Ellipsis button, the 3 dot, next to the cards under the Payment Methods to make existing cards the default or delete them from Stripe.

Resgrid will bill against the Default payment method when it's time to renew your subscription.
