How to Buy a Resgrid Subscription

You first will need to sign up your Organization to Resgrid. This can be done on our Sign-Up Page https://app.resgrid.com/Account/Register. Only one member needs to sign up for the Department in Resgrid, all other members will be added to that initial department. The Account Owner (Managing Administrator) can also be changed after sign up to another user.

Once your department is created in Resgrid log in and open up the Department Menu (that has the name of your Department) and select the "Subscription & Billing" option.


If you have never subscribed to Resgrid before you will only have the "Entities" tab available to you. Use the blue slider and move it to the right to select more Entities or you can type in the number of Entities in the text box. Note Entities are in increments of 10 so if you type in a number like "54" it will default to 60 to accommodate the 4 Entities above the 50 pack limit.



The price for both Monthly and Yearly are shown and you can press the "Buy Yearly" or "Buy Monthly" buttons to start the checkout process in Stripe. 

An Entity is just another name for a User or Unit. If you have 50 Entities you can have any combinations of Users or Units. For example you can have 30 users and 20 Units, or 50 users, or 49 Units and 1 User (you always have to have 1 user the Account Owner). 

Once you have clicked one of the Buy buttons the page will navigate to Stripe. Some browser security software or settings may cause issues with Stripe loading, if upon clicking one of the Buy buttons nothing happens after a few seconds try another browser or disabling addons that could be causing issues.

On the Stripe Checkout page you can also modify the quantity of the 10 Entity packs you are purchasing.



Once you have a subscription you can manage if from the "Manage Your Subscription" button in the upper right hand corner of the "Subscription and Billing" page. 



Managing your Subscription will allow you to update your Credit Card, change how many Entities you have (buy more or less), Change billing frequency, View Invoices or Cancel your subscription.

If you have one of our old plans that we no longer sell but still support you will see a Legacy Plan tab.


You cannot mix Entity Plans and Legacy Plans, so if you want to change your billing frequency or upgrade/downgrade you need to first Cancel your Subscription and wait a day. If you want to keep your existing Subscription but need to update or change your payment info use the "Change Billing Info" button.
