How to Stop Receiving Notifications from Resgrid

If you no longer want to receive notification from Resgrid there are many ways to stop recieveing notifications from the system.

I don't have a Resgrid login and my Phone Number or Email was used in error

If you are receiving notifications from Resgrid without ever having a Resgrid login this could be because of a typo or error in users entering contact information in Resgrid. The way Resgrid is designed it's very hard to use it to relay SPAM or any other unwanted content, so these errors are usually due to a typo.

  1. Text Messages: Reply to the number that sent the message with the word "STOP" no double quotes and nothing else in the message. The system will turn off messages sending to that number. It can only be re-enabled manually by logging into your profile.
  2. Emails: Click the "Unsubscribe" link at the bottom of the email address, this will add your address to a deny list on our email sending provider preventing emails from the Resgrid system from reaching your email address.

I have a Resgrid login

User your login and access our main web application and then navigate to your profile.


Then on the profile page turn off the notifications you no longer want to receive.



Then click Save at the bottom. You can also change your mobile number to remove it from the system as well.
