BigBoard

BigBoard

The Resgrid BigBoard (https://bigboard.resgrid.com) is a Single-Pane of Glass Dashboard application that allows a user to display vital information that is updated in real time when the underlying data changes. In January 2026, we deployed a brand new version of the BigBoard application that will also be on iOS, Android, Windows, and Mac without having to use the web browser (the web version will still exist and be updated).

Adding Widgets

Press the Plus (+) button in the top right and select a widget from the "Add Widgets" banner.

When you add a widget, it'll be added to the Top and left-most free spot on the grid. Every widget is added as a 1 x 1 Height and Width widget.

Moving Widgets

To move the Widgets on the screen, press the "Edit" button in the top right

At which time, every active widget will have a Grip and X button added to its header.

Press and hold the grip, give a second, and then you can move it around on the grid. Widgets may move over to the left if there is empty space. You can then press the "Done" button where the "Edit" button was to save the edit.

Removing Widgets

To remove the widgets that were added, press the "Edit" button in the top right-hand corner.

At which time, every active widget will have a Grip and X button added to its header.

Press the Red (X) on the Widget you want to remove and then you can then press the "Done" button where the "Edit" button was to save the edit.

Change Widget Size and Settings

To change the settings for the widgets; for example it's size, and options, Press the Gear icon in the upper right hand corner.

You will then see a settings screen with tabs at the top for each widget.

At the bottom of each widget settings tab you can set the width and height

Each tab will also have its own specific options that can be set. Each widget has it's own specific options plus the common ones, like the Width and Height. Once you have made your changes, press the save button at the bottom to save the changes and close the Widget Settings view.
