What Support is Offered by Resgrid
As a small business Resgrid offers free support with our hosted plans that includes the following:
- 10 Business Day First Response on Tickets.
- Support for system issues and bugs.
- No support for user issues (password reset, app install on phones or computers, etc).
- Train the Trainer model. We support the Department Admin's and they support the users. We recommend each department has a Technical Person that can support the department's users that can submit tickets for system issues or bugs.
Resgrid does not offer free support for our Open Source version. If you have an issue you need to submit an issue on our Github pages. We offer Paid Premium Support (
https://resgrid.com/support) for our open-source version and for customers of our hosting service that need a shorter ticket response time.
Resgrid only offers support via our Help Desk portal. We don't offer phone, email or video call support.
